Boxing Futures has joined the Cambridgeshire Community Lottery, a weekly lottery designed to help charities and community groups raise money all year round.
Launched in May, the lottery offers supporters the chance to win weekly prizes – including a top prize of £25,000 – while directly supporting their chosen cause.
Tickets cost just £1 per week, with 50p going straight to Boxing Futures and another 10p supporting wider community projects across Cambridgeshire.
“This is such a simple way for people to support us on a regular basis,” said Anthony York, CEO at Boxing Futures. “We’re always looking for sustainable ways to raise funds, and the community lottery gives us an exciting new route without extra admin or upfront costs.”
The initiative, developed and run by Cambridgeshire Community Foundation, is free for local charities, schools, PTAs, sports clubs, and community groups to join. Players must be over 18. Each participating organisation receives a custom lottery page and URL, making it easy to promote through newsletters, social media, and events.
“It’s fantastic to see Boxing Futures are joining the Cambridgeshire Community Lottery.” said Michael O’Toole, CEO of Cambridgeshire Community Foundation. “This is an exciting opportunity for charities to raise funds and connect with their community, and we’re really excited to support them in making a real impact.”
Each entry you play helps provide essential support where it’s needed most. Good luck in the prize draws and thank you for creating a meaningful and lasting impact!
